The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Carrie L. Bell, 18, of Jackson was arrested Dec. 12 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated by drugs and driving while revoked.

Shannon W. Bowles, 32, of Jackson was arrested Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and domestic assault.

Joshua S. Kilgore, 21, of Steeleville, Mo., was arrested Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Dustin E. Williams, 18, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Dec. 14 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Timothy A. Lang, 27, of Whitewater was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Catherine L. Parrish, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for operating a business and conducting sales without a state retail sales license.

Sarah A. Kulan, 22, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Matthew R. Hittmeier, 24, of Chester, Ill., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
