Lori G. Wolfe, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sept. 25 on a warrant from Alexander County, Ill., for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence.
Larry T. Johnston, 58, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on various traffic charges.
