The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Lonny D. Thompson, 42, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests Joseph J. Rutledge, 29, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Aug. 29 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and trespassing.

Derrick R. Williams, 44, of Jackson was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mark E. Donmyer, 49, of Scott City was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

Kevin T. Fornkohl, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
