The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Ronald K. Deleon, 56, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested May 3 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Jeremy D. Eicher, 23, of Jackson, was arrested May 3 on a Sandoval County, N.M., warrant for failure to appear.
James L. Smith, 39, of Jackson, was arrested May 3 on a Texas County, Mo., warrant for assault.
Jennifer E. Whitaker, 39, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested May 5 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
Penny L. Bruhl, 41, of Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check.
Alva A. Hall, 40, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
