DWIRobyn J. Tyner, 24, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sept. 22 for driving while intoxicated.

Jodi L. Margrabe, 26, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sept. 22 for driving while intoxicated.

ArrestsQuintin L. Norris, 30, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sept. 22 for second-degree assault.

Kooper T. Caldwell, 45, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Sept. 23 for failure to appear in court.

Jaclyn M. Nelson, 25, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sept. 26 for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

TransportsTransported to the Missouri Department of Corrections were Scott M. Huber, 31, Cape Girardeau, to serve five years for assault; Randy J. Smith, 36, Jackson, Mo., to serve nine years for possession of marijuana and methamphetamine; Danny Merriweather, 34, Cape Girardeau, to serve seven years for possession of a controlled substance and selling cocaine; Mark A. Messmer, 29, Chaffee, Mo., parole return; Rusty L. Glasener, 35, Cape Girardeau, to serve seven years for assault.
