DWIRuss D. O'Neal, 38, Doniphan, was arrested Monday for driving while intoxicated.

William F. Linder, AKA William Berry, 30, Jackson, was arrested Thursday for driving while intoxicated.

ArrestsJill E. Edmundson, 27, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sept. 7 on traffic violations.

Will J. Shoemaker, 22, Allenville, was arrested Sept. 8 on a warrant for parole violation. Original charge was burglary and stealing.

Jeffrey S. Messmer, 41, Jackson, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault.

Michael E. Young, 39, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear on charges of stealing.

Anthony K. Bierschwal, 34, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for parole violation. Original charge was possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.
