The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Margaret A. Davis, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Jan. 4 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Travis L. Shaefer, 23, of Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Dion K. Winistoerfer, 32, of Washington, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Steven A. Lockwood, 46, of Benton, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Charles A. Dixon, 32, of Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

Danny D. Hayes, 36, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

Jeffery W. Lee, 33, of Greenville, Ky., was arrested Thursday on a Muhlenberg County, Ky., warrant for stealing.

Tracy A. Lee, 30, of Greenville, Ky., was arrested Thursday on a Muhlenberg County, Ky., warrant for stealing.
