Feb. 24

• At 7:02 p.m., altered level of consciousness on Lincoln Avenue.
• At 11:24 p.m., illegal burn in the 500 block of Madison Street.

Feb. 26

• At 8:06 a.m., neck pain in the 1900 block of Mary Street.
• At 7:41 p.m., laceration to wrist in the 100 block of Burger Street.

Feb. 27

• At 6:21 p.m., altered level of consciousness in the 200 block of Grand Street.

Tuesday

• At 11:36 a.m., box fell on customer in the 2100 block of Main Street.
• At 5:23 p.m., suicidal female in the 100 block of Leroy Drive.
• At 7:13 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Oak Street.
• At 7:52 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2600 block of Main Street.

Wednesday

• At 6:45 a.m., tree fire on Interstate 55, mile marker 88.2.
• At 10:32 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2100 block of Fornfelt Street.
• At 4:41 p.m., NBC Fire Protection District mutual aid, motor-vehicle crash on Interstate 55, mile marker 85.
• At 6:21 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Main Street.

Thursday

• At 9 p.m., NBC Fire Protection District mutual aid, fire on Interstate 55, mile marker 80.
• At 9:44 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Bell Avenue.
