* Eliot V. Shields, 23, of 202 Frates St., Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for driving the wrong way on a one-way street while intoxicated.

* John H. Creutz, 41, of 133 S. Missouri St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Matthew W. Knoderer, 36, of 3208 Themis St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrest

* A male suspect was arrested on suspicion of being minor in possession and resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Christopher A. Messmer, 19, 2879 County Road 607, Jackson, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Christopher D. Goetter, 22, of 1432 Themis St., was given a summons for a disorderly house.

* A summons was given to Clarissa Demara Simpson, 18, of S. Benton and Leandrea Renee Rigney, 19, of 1408 Lexington for stealing clothing from Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen from 211 St. Francis Drive.

* A chrome and gray Trek bicycle was reported stolen from the 100 block of South Water Street.

* A DVD player was reported stolen from 1220 S. Pacific St.

* A purse was reported stolen from 1961 David St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.

* Clothes were reported stolen from Famous Barr at 100 W. Park Mall.

* Willie Mae Williams, 21, of Elmwood in Cairo, Ill. was given a summons for stealing a pair of earrings from Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

* A Pomeranian dog was reported stolen from 202 Siemers Drive.

* A 14-year-old boy was referred to juvenile court for stealing a DVD from Hastings at 2136 William St.

* Martin D. Heroux, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* William S. Wickham, 40, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Elizabeth A. Eudy, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Geoffrey C. Compton, 43, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jeffrey A. Price, 37, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

* Robin D. Burnett, 43, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Rebecca K. Coffel, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain financial responsibility.

* Gary L. Powell, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Jason A. Ponder, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Pamela S. Moak, 34, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for seat-belt violation.
