* Tashara S. Farr, 17, of 2769 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Kristoffer E. Ponzar, 32, of 811 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

* Tako S. Toney, 20, of 22 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the road when sidewalk available.

* Joshua A. Gholson, 19, of 521 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Anthony L. Anderson, 25, of 2323 Jean Ann Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.

Summons

* Adrian J. Miller, 28, of 1323 N. Spanish St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

Assault

* An assault was reported. A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* A theft was reported. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of liquor.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of liquor.

* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at 811 N. Spanish St.

* Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of shoes.

* A radio, CD/car stereo was reported stolen and a vehicle door damaged at 1753 Themis St.

* Hubcaps were reported stolen at 511 S. Kingshighway.

* A 2000 Dodge Neon was reported stolen in the 100 block of North Clark Avenue.

Burglary

* Commerce Bank, 1800 Cape La Croix Road, reported a burglary, broken window and door, and damaged coin vault doors.

Property damage

* Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway, reported cables to block parking lot damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Stalking was reported.

* Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lorenza W. Goza, 33, of 803 Themis St. in Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

* Jason A. Smith, 17, of 2406 Windy Hill Lane in Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the road and possession of marijuana.

* Mario C. Terry, 17, of 425 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Assault

* An assault was reported. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of South Hope Street.

* Justin A. Grayson, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana.

* Tina Sanders, 39, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, speeding and failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

* Chad M. Steward, 19, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on an O'Fallon warrant for property damage.

* James R. Lee, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Drew T. Van Allen, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Craig P. Spring, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Brendan A. Hanson, 19, of Carol Stream, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Brenton J. Norris, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Jane M. Ritter, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Lisa E. Cheneler, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.
