DWI
* Lisa Savage, 44, of 545 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road, stop sign and seat belt violations.
Arrests
* Lance W. Farrow, 36, of 1114 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear on stealing.
* Edward L. Atchison II, 38, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on improper registration.
Summons
* Joshua L. Howard, 17, of 502 Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts.
Assault
* Assault of a law enforcement officer was reported. Zechariah L. James, 27, of 621 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* A Rockford Fosgate, bass boost, two punch amplifiers, and a 12-inch subwoofer were reported stolen and a Kenwood in-dash receiver with DVD was damaged at 2564 Lisa Drive.
* A washing machine was reported stolen at 530 Cape Meadows Circle.
* BP Gas Station, 3276 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A Bank of America debit card was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
* Bicycles were reported stolen at Arena Park.
* A black Toyota Prius was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* Windows were reported broken at 1335 Amblewood Drive. Dorothy E. Nunns, 32, of 408 Michael Anna St. in Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* City of Cape Girardeau, 40 S. Sprigg St., reported damaged foam padding in cell.
* Vehicle doors were reported damaged at 232 Shirley Drive.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 460 Siemers Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported forgery.
* Resisting arrest by fleeing was reported.
* A suspicious fire was reported.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Glenn A. Knight, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Dedria R. Gibson, 57, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
Arrests
* Richard E. Tipton, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Treavor J. Todt, 21, of Dutchtown, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for littering.
* Jordi R. Morris, 21, of Jackson, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported at Cape Hills. Michael D. Smith, 50, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
