The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Brandon Michael Pierce, 23, 3001 Wisteria Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Darrin Thomas Heisler, 16, 107 Independence St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated, speeding and seatbelt violation.

Arrests

Cody Robert Pullam, 17, 808 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Christopher Scott Clover, 17, 808 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

James Edward Pratt III, 145 Bynum St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for assault and armed criminal action.

Summonses

Robert Lee Blankenship, 37, 116 N. Spring Ave., Apt. 11, was issued a summons for sale of alcohol to a minor.

Jason Richman Henry, 27, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for sale of alcohol to a minor.

Thefts

A TV and DVD player were reported stolen from 919 N. Frederick St.

CDs, money and a tote were reported stolen from 2900 Kage Road.

A CD player was reported taken and a dashboard damaged at 410 Themis St.

Cash was reported taken from J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.

A PlayStation 2 with controller and video games were reported stolen from 322 S. Lorimier St.

A DVD player, X-Box and assorted games were reported stolen from 508 Cape Meadows Drive.

Clothing was reported stolen from 823 Themis St.

Cash was reported stolen from 3269 William St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 3269 William St.

Liquor was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.

A laptop computer, cable modem and digital camera were reported stolen from 723 N. Henderson Ave.

A digital camera was reported stolen from the Division of Senior Services at 338 Broadway.Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged in the city limits.

Miscellaneous Weiser Honda, 385 Siemers Drive, reported the loss of a dealer's license plate, D372B 2004.

A 1999 red Chevrolet truck, earlier reported stolen, was recovered from 1021 KingswayDrive.

A green 1993 GMC Sierra, Missouri license 844 JE7, was reported abandoned in the 100 block of Independence Street.
