Arrests

* Jacob M. Fassold, 19, of 46 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Michael L. Smith, 19, of 508 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for rape.

* James C. Evitts, 26, of 214 N. Louisana Ave., was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Summons

* Jay N. Dickman, 21, of St. Louis, received a summons for disorderly house.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St. Brandon L. King, 19, of 508 Cape Meadow Circle, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Domestic assault and child abuse were reported.

Thefts

* CDs and a CD case were reported stolen in the 900 block of North Sprigg Street.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft. Taquicha G. Moore, 20, of 22 N. Park Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Furniture, telvisions, a DVD player and movies were reported stolen at 1335 Amblewood Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary and sexual misconduct were reported.

Property damage

* Property damage and stealing were reported at 820 N. Sprigg St. Shaun M. Varro, 26, of 3833 Fawn Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A vehicle was reported damaged.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported damage to the flood wall.

Miscellaneous

* Burger King, 495 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

* Aggravated stalking was reported.

The following items were released by the county Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alessia D. Strong, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for distribution of a controlled substance.

* Cordera A. Myers, 17, of Delta was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for minor visibly intoxicated.

* Terry M. Craft, 22, of Randles was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Sonja L. Petty, 35, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for passing a bad check, on a St. Francois County warrant for passing a bad check, and on a Jefferson County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Lawrence J. Mobley, 42, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jeremiah E. Hamilton, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tarra L. Wilkins, 32, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault and driving while suspended.

* Mitchel S. Royer, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
