The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Christopher A. Messmer, 19, of 2879 County Road 607, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield and driving without insurance.
* Earl L. Cronenbold, 25, of 2408 Sunny Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Arrests
* Willie J. Pollard, 46, of 433 S. Hanover St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court by failing to pay a fine and contempt of court for failing to appear.
* Charles P. Weissinger, 36, of 603 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
* Bridgette L. Jones, 18, of 2829 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Randolph County warrant for driving with a suspended license.
* Bryan K. Reid, 23, of 818 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* A subject was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.
* A subject was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for sexual misconduct.
* Brian K. West, 40, of 312 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance.
* Michael E. Cox, 22, of 1016 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance.
* Ebay T. James, 28, of 6 Village Drive, Apt. 2 ,was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance. `
Summons
* Breanna M. Majka, 17, of 3270 County Road 439, Jackson, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
Thefts
* Money was reported stolen during a robbery at 2101 William St.
* Amerimart No. 5, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen fuel.
* Money was reported taken at 1424 Henderson Ave.
* A purse was reported stolen in the 300 block of Themis Street.
* A purse, credit cards and cash were reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A bicycle tire was reported damaged at 416 Morgan Oak St.
* A window pane was reported damaged at 322 S. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
* Domino's Pizza, 1028 N. Sprigg, reported five check forgeries.
* Imo's Pizza, 1201 Broadway, reported a check forgery.
* Pagoda Gardens, 329 S. Kingshighway, reported a check forgery.
* A cell phone was reported lost in the downtown area.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A runaway juvenile was reported.
* Phone harassment was reported.
* A 39-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
