Arrests
* Christopher C. Cook, 40, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for suspicion of probation violation.
* Tanya L. Cole, 28, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Jennifer R. Carter, 20, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Clarence E. Smith, 27, of 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a fine for a noise violation.
* Rashad P. Jackson, 25, of Olmsted, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a fine for no operator's license.
* Jason D. Reifschneider, 25, of 1230 Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
* A theft was reported at West Park Mall. Johnnie Walker, 49, of 416 S. Sprigg St. was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* A theft was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway. Valarie L. Smith, 34, of Altenburg, Mo. was arrested on suspicion of theft.
Summonses
* Claude E. Meadows III, 51, of 409 Oak Forest Drive, Jackson, received a summons for failing to cut grass and weeds at 417 S. Pacific St.
* Judy A. Abernathy, 51, of 1011 Ranney Ave., received a summons for disturbing the peace.
* Tracey D. Turner, 31, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for disturbing the peace.
* Jemille A. Ward, 18, of 1212 William St., received a summons for harassing telephone calls.
* David C. Epps of 200 Bellevue St. received a summons for maintaining a nuisance and failure to maintain property free of litter.
Thefts
* A white Mercury four door, license plate 536-DAX, was reported stolen at 415 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.
* Checks, a cell phone charger and a fish tank filter were reported stolen at 630 Napa Circle.
* A dishwasher was reported stolen at 1823 Westridge Drive.
* Food was reported stolen from Buckner Brewing Company, 132 N. Main St.
* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 3415 William St.
* A subwoofer, speaker, amplifier and speaker box were reported stolen at 845 S. Kingshighway.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 1400 Rose. A pressure washer, ladder and wheelbarrow were reported stolen.
Property Damage
* A cell phone was reported damaged at 211 Mason St.
* A window was reported broken at St. Vincent de Paul Parish School, 741 Forest Ave.
* A car window was reported broken at 2155 William St.
* A car window and dashboard were reported damaged at the Cape Girardeau Police Department, 1451 Kingsway Drive.
* A window was reported broken at the Capaha Bank Operation Center, 1 S. Main St.
* A window was reported broken at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1913 Ritter Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A safe was found at 115 Fountain St.
* Check forgery was reported at Wal Mart, 3439 William St.
* Check forgery was reported at Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse, 3440 Lowes Drive.
* Check forgery was reported at Don's Store, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Check forgery was reported at K-Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Check forgery was reported at Pizza Hut, 215 S. Kingshighway.
* A 1989 red Mercury Topaz was reported abandoned at in the 300 block of Etherton Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3276 William St.
* A 1990 white Oldsmobile Cutlass was reported abandoned.

* Robert A. Fehr, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Floyd D. Kinder, 43, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Ronald L. Gammon, 57, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Juanita Hill, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault, armed criminal action and property damage.
* Tarra L. Wilkins, 31, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
* Dale L. Kohler, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault.
* Dustin L. Sitzes, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for resisting arrest and driving while revoked.
Summonses
* Lori J. Bucholtz, 42, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for driving while suspended.
