Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department and Southeast Missouri State University Police. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kitrell S. Fields, 38, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.

* Clarence Brown, 19, of 412 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and stealing.

Summons

* Michael Evane Green, 28, 220 S. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

Thefts

* A camcorder and accessories were reported stolen at Southeast Missouri State University.

* A stereo, speakers and box were reported stolen and vehicle damaged at 2847 Whitener St.

* A key ring with keys were reported stolen at 1715 Westridge Drive.

* License plate tabs were reported stolen at 1231 S. Ellis St.

* A cooler and beverages were reported stolen from 392 Blackford Lane.

* Money was reported stolen at 1118 Jefferson Ave.

* Speaker, a CD player, amplifier and radar detector were reported stolen at 2855 Whitener St.

* A Missouri license plate, number 675-TRN, was reported stolen at 1103 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at 1801 Herman St.

Summonses

* Brandon L. Farrow, 29, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Stuart E. Knowlan, 20, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Greggory A. Johnson, 28, of Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and speeding.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 100 block of Shawnee Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Highland Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 3500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
