* Scott R. Ralph, 22, of 411 Deer Run, Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to use a turn signal and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Arrests
* Mable Mercer, 39, of 636 35th St. in Cairo, Ill., was arrested for stealing clothing at Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.
* Megan Rochelle Barker, 18, of RR 4 Box 2850 in Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested for stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.
* Christopher L. Holloway, 23, of 512 Graham in Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlicensed vehicle and improper registration.
* Clifford E. Flath, 25, of 3023 Aspen Drive, Apt. 9, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlicensed vehicle and improper registration.
Summonses
* Travis Williamson, 26, of 1898 El Rio Drive, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
* Jeremy T. Guyton, 21, of 26 County Hwy 524 in Caruthersville, Mo., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* An undetermined amount of money was reported stolen from 917 S. Pacific St.
* Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 505 N. Kingshighway.
* A riding lawn mower and miscellaneous lawn furniture were reported stolen from 1038 W. Mount St.
* A credit card and money were reported stolen from 734 N. Middle St.
* Approximately $600 of miscellaneous items were reported stolen from 505 N. Kingshighway.
* Several items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 505 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 505 N. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at 1902 N. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at the 500 block of Washington Street.
Miscellaneous
* Peace disturbance was reported at 627 Charles Drive.
* A person was taken into protective custody at the intersection of William and Hanover streets.
* Harassing phone calls were reported.
* A person was taken into protective custody at the intersection of Water and Themis streets.
