DWI
* Melissa Sue Operle, 22, 644 S. Spring St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Arthur Kent Whitfield, 23, 1005 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Jackson County warrant.
* Joshua James Hathaway, 27, 824 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of no operator's license and possession of marijuana.
* Christopher Charles Falls, 25, 2812 Hilltop Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
* Julius Frazier, 27, 417 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Amber Nicole Kennedy, 17, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
* Michelle Elizabeth Williams, 22, no address given, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure for appear.
* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on a charge of making a false declaration.
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges for driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance.
* Three teenage boys and a teenage girl were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
* Kimberly S. Kennon, 32, 1908 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Brie Shenise Sides, 21, 1105 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for no city animal license.
* Richard Eugene Lashmet, 30, 806 Third St., Scott City, was issued a summons for a noise violation.
* Jeremy Jerome Gant, 22, 51 Hazel Drive, was issued a summons for a noise violation.
* Stephen Dewayne Flye, 32, 903 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
* Levan M. Johnson, 30, 2726 Peach Tree St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
Thefts
* Gasoline was reported stolen from the BP D-Mart, 3276 Willliam St.
* A DVD player and remote were reported stolen from Mr. Ed's Trading Post, 625 Broadway.
* Stealing and trespassing were reported at 408 and 415 Bellevue St.
* Checks, deposit slips and a mileage ledger were reported stolen from 46 Centennial Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A blue bicycle was found at William and Pacific streets.
* Missouri dealer tag D94AZ was reported lost at 1501 N. Kingshighway.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items Friday.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 3400 block of Matthew Street, the 4800 block of Old Cape Road and the 4600 block of Old Cape Road.
Miscellaneous
* Property was reported found on Otto Drive.
Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Jared Gibbar, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Joseph Birk, 72, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right side of the road.
* Mark C. Sides, 34, Pevely, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Timothy A. Hendrickson, 33, of Delta was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road.
Arrests
* Cynthia L. Koerner, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
* Steven Milz, 30, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility
* Travis K. Williams, 39, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
* Tamela D. Gilbert, 49, of Jackson was arrested on a Texas County warrant for failure to appear.

* Tyler K. Klipfel, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Josh J. Hathaway, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Matthew Cook, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summmons for possession of a controlled substance.
