The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Tuesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dale Ernest Howard, 22, 6008 Route Y, De Soto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Mashiki Jerry Mosley, 36, 535 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Naomi Johnson, 42, 821 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for selling heroin and another warrant for probation violation.
* Shawn S. Carnell, 30, 103 David St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.
* Marcia Maris Teffertillar, 27, Sikeston, Mo.,z was arrested on a warrant.
* Edwina Celeste Bible, 44, 1211 College St., was arrested on charges of forgery.
* Harold Delontay Jackson, 28, Park Hills, Mo. was arrested on charges of animal abuse.
* Sarah Alecia Scirocco, 18, 455 Mason St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
* Jacob Lamont Faulk, 23, 611 Sycamore Circle, Apt. D, was arrested on two warrants for false declaration and probation violation.
* Brandon Lamont King, 18, 1040 N. Fountain, St., was arrested on three warrants: contempt of court for failure to return to confinement, failure to appear and resisting arrest.
* Stephan Dewayne Anderson, 23, 505 Wilson St., Sikeston, Mo., was charged with stealing cash.
Thefts
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.
* A burglary was reported in which jewelry was reported stolen at 17 Hanover St.
* A money order and cash was reported stolen at 1211 College St.
* A 1998 maroon Ford Contour was reported stolen at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
* A Cingular cell phone was reported stolen from 134 S. Lorimier St.
Property damage
* Tires were damaged at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items Wednesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Sherry Kenkel, 31, 321 W. Mary St., Jackson was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.
Summonses
* Timothy R. Harris, 45, 136 West Vale, Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
