  • Zachary T. Hager, 20, of Scott City was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for probation violation and probation absconder.
  • Amanda D. Zimmerman, 20, 825 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for possession of a controlled substance, trespassing and stealing, and a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Aaron Smith, 49, 429 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for possession of an open container of alcohol in public.
  • William C. Palmer, 50, 1439 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for assault.

Thefts

  • A theft of a purse was reported at 1416 William St.
  • A theft of money was reported at 1829 N. Sprigg St.
  • A theft of money was reported at 409 N. Clark Ave.
  • RGC Property Management, 1217 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of electric service. Anthony R. Nunley, 49, 1015 Bloomfield St., No. 12, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Heather L. Killian, 23, of Scott City was arrested in connection with the incident.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.
