* Travis A. Huckabay, 33, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest by fleeing and driving while suspended.

* Matthew L. Litzelfelner, 21, of 2784 Lynwood Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and a red light violation.

* Steven B. Markovich, 37, of 221 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with no headlights and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

* Terry G. Umfleet, 49, of 1620 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and Valium.

* Janet R. Glosemeyer, 20, of 5 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, Valium, hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia.

* Dakoda E. Umfleet, 20, of 5 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, valium, hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia.

* Trina R. Fullers, 34, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failures to appear for no operator's license and driving while intoxicated.

* Beronica D. Lewis, 39, of 487 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Tiffany N. Wilkins, 25, of 824 Good Hope St., was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for assault.

Summonses

* Solomon P. Sides, 23, of 921 William St., received a summons for walking in the street.

* Nathaniel Clay, 19, of Scott City, received a summons for prohibited acts.

* Kyle J. Ogden, 21, of Herrin, Ill., received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assault

* An assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported. One person was in custody pending the filing of formal charges.

Thefts

* A checkbook, credit cards and personal papers were reported stolen at 429 Siemers Drive.

* Qing Hong Wu, 213 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of food.

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported the theft of food.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 3116 Themis St.

* A CD player and stereo equipment were reported stolen at 3019 Themis St.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 3019 Themis St.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged and stereo stolen at 3122 Themis St.

* A vehicle door handle was reported damaged and a CD player stolen at 3116 Themis St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged and CD players, stereo equipment and CDs stolen at 624 Boxwood Drive.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Travis L. Thomas, 34, of 4439 County Road 525 in Jackson, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle without vehicle ignition interlock, possession of marijuana and failure to stop at a red light.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.

* Reynolds Robert, 23, of 147 N. High St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Samuel I. King, 19, of 619 W. Adams St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Dana L. Cureton, 22, of 327 Estes Drive in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for trespassing.

Summons

* Timothy M. Huber, 18, of 111 N. Cottownwood St., received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.
