Arrests
* Otis D. Rutherford, 18, of Benton, was arrested on a municipal warrant for two instances of failing to appear for assault and failing to appear for prohibited acts.
Summonses
* Geronimo G. Hogan, 24, 518 S. Ellis, Apt. N, was issued a summons for harassment against the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Assault
* A domestic assault was reported.
* Forcible sodomy and armed criminal action was reported.
Rape
* A rape was reported.
Burglaries
* Heartland Auto Plaza, 566 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary.
* A burglary in which a television, VCR and DVD was reported at 601 North St., Apt. 5.
Theft
* A Dupont projector, Sony DVD player, DVD remote speakers, 24 DVD movies, 70 DVD music CDs, two cameras, Sony VHS camera and two sets of computer speakers were reported stolen and a broken car window was reported at 3265 William St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 211 St. Francis Drive.
Property damage
* A broken vehicle window was reported at 3248 William St.
* Property damage was reported at 15 Village Drive, Apt. 36.
* A damaged vehicle window was reported at 338 Broadway.
* A wooden canoe was reported damaged at 99 S. Park St.
Miscellaneous
* An incident of maintaining a nuisance was reported at 3115 Timmar Lane.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A person was taken into protective custody.
Jackson
The following items were released Thursday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* A report of a theft was made in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A report of theft was made in the 2000 block of Par Circle.
Domestic dispute
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
Peace disturbance
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Missouri Street.
* A request to keep the peace was made in the 500 block of West Washington
Miscellaneous
* A report of a suspicious person was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
* A report of a suspicious person was reported on Farmington Road.
