Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Gerald Taylor, 61, 318 Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain single lane, expired license plate and no insurance.
• Dennis Graviett, 27, 611 W. Davidson Circle, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of roadway.

Arrest

• Brian Eugene Clemons Jr., 24, 115 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and property damage.

Theft

• A Samsung cell phone was reported stolen from 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Two girls were cited into juvenile court in connection with the theft of clothes at West Park mall.

Assault

• A robbery and assault were reported at Maple and Ranney streets.
• A domestic assault, property damage and stealing were reported.
• A domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• Lawn damage was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering and trespassing was reported at 2791 Lynwood Hills Drive.
• A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kristen S. McCune, 34, 1803 Sherwood Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested and given a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Cathy Drive.

• A keep the peace was reported in the 600 block of August Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
• A peace/noise disturbance was reported in the area of North Farmington Road.
• Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Clark Street.
• A check the welfare was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
