The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Gerald Taylor, 61, 318 Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain single lane, expired license plate and no insurance.
  • Dennis Graviett, 27, 611 W. Davidson Circle, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of roadway.

Arrest

  • Brian Eugene Clemons Jr., 24, 115 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and property damage.

Theft

  • A Samsung cell phone was reported stolen from 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Two girls were cited into juvenile court in connection with the theft of clothes at West Park mall.

Assault

  • A robbery and assault were reported at Maple and Ranney streets.
  • A domestic assault, property damage and stealing were reported.
  • A domestic assault was reported.

  • Tampering and trespassing was reported at 2791 Lynwood Hills Drive.
  • A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Kristen S. McCune, 34, 1803 Sherwood Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested and given a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Cathy Drive.
