DWIs

* Jeffery J. Maurer, 32, 3011 Beaver Creek Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Eric L. Hogan, 19, 412 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Darin Patrick Essary, 25, 2019 Woodlawn Ave., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Robert William Erlbacher III, 30, 219 W. Hope St., Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Felipe Santiago, 31, 1015 Harmony St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and damaging private property.

* Felicia Smith, 40, 916 Linden St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and having expired license plates.

* Jimmie L. Scales, 47, 110 S. Mack St., Homestown, Mo., was arrested on a Pettis County warrant for stealing.

* Alejandra Lara, 22, 1502 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

* Amanda N. Peterson, 18, of Little Rock, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Kyle A. Osterberg, 21, 614 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tiffany R. Ashby, 21, 301 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

* Yolanda L. Turner, 28, 2112 Westgate St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

* Mark J. Rigdon, 34, 2641 Hopper St., was arrested on suspicion of animal nuisance.

* Kinsey M. Johnson, 30, 721 Walnut St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Travis W. Shavers, 21, 1436 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of littering.

* Michael Joseph Amsler, 22, 801 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Christopher Neal Wissman, 32, 1517 N. West End Blvd., and Justin Paul Wissman, 19, of 2745 County Road 607, Jackson, were both issued summonses for noise violation.

* A Missouri license plate was reported lost or stolen at 3275 Hopper St.

* A black knit bag and cell phone were reported stolen from 2349 William St.

* Cash was reported taken from Sun Loan Co., 2007 Independence St.

* Money was reported stolen from 1013 Elm St.

* A DVD player, cookware and an indoor grill were reported stolen from 607 Terry Lane.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* A lawn mower was reported stolen from 225 N. Sprigg St.

* A .22-caliber rifle, X Box, and Sony PlayStation were reported stolen from 601 N. Sprigg St.

* A digital camera was reported stolen.

Property damage

* A lock was reported broken at 704 N. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 1006 Dearmore Court.

Miscellaneous

* A bank check card and cash were reported found in the 2000 block of William Street.

* A cell phone was reported lost at 918 S. Ellis St.

* Prostitution, patronizing prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in the 100 block of Lorimier Street.

* Animal abuse was reported at 1411 N. Main St.

* Rape, burglary and stealing were reported.
