The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Edwina C. Bible, 44, of 1211 College, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of insufficient funds on a check.

* Michael I. Willingham, 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Zachary T. Greer, 24, of 1411 N. Main St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of no insurance, no license, false declaration and failure to appear in court.

Summons

* Leslie D. McCants, 27, of 385 Shrum Rock, was issued a summons for theft of a cell phone.

Thefts

* A weed trimmer was reported stolen at 710 Morgan Oak.

* City garbage bag tags were reported stolen at 628 S. Pacific St.

* Capaha Bank reported 13 forgery incidents.

Property damage

* Metal and plastic mailboxes were reported damaged on Lakeshore Drive, Surrey and Lakewood.

* A window and door were reported damaged at 1003 William St.

* A tire was reported damaged at 322 S. Lorimier St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of child molestation.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 1700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Damage to pavement was reported in the 700 block of Greensferry Road.

* Damage to a trailer was reported in the 100 block of Lilly Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Howard Street.

* Counterfeit money was reported at Regions Bank, 101 W. Main St.
