Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Michael A. Hart, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, misrepresentation of age, failure to keep on right half of roadway and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests
* Daniel P. Gause, 19, of 1633 N. Main St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failure to pay fine and cost for suspended operators license, failure to pay fine and cost for peace disturbance, failure to pay fine and costs for failure to appear for probation revocation on driving while revoked, and on a Scott County warrant for possession of controlled substance.
* Christopher J. Hart, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of intoxicants by consumption and misrepresentation of age.
* Kelly L. Marby, 19, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
* Otis D. Rutherford, 19, of 630 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with evidence and minor in possession by consumption.
* Leslie L. Ozment, 44, of 921 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, no insurance, failure to wear a seat belt, speeding, and failure to register a motor vehicle, and was arrested on a Boone County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Scott County warrant for driving while revoked and drug paraphernalia.
Assaults
* Two incidents of domestic assault were reported.
* A domestic assault was reported at 1200 Broadway. Michael Wayne Probst, 55, of an unknown address was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* Cape Auto Pool, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane, reported a stolen cell phone.
* A flip phone with camera was reported stolen at 1732 N. Kingshighway.
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. Parisa Khosraviani, 22, of 2737 Lynwood Hills Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Burglaries
* A burglary and theft of a camera, cash and alcohol were reported at 1330 N. Sprigg St.
* City of Cape Girardeau, 835 Caruthers Ave., reported an attempted burglary.
* City of Cape Girardeau, 1 Capaha Park, reported a burglary.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 906 Penny Ave.
* Ultimate Flooring, 2465 Cape Centre Drive, reported a broken window.
* A Step at a Time Daycare, 1003 Perry Ave., reported a broken window.
* A shed door was reported damaged at 233 N. Middle St.
Miscellaneous
* Four incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* Cole J. Mann, 18, of 326 East Lane, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
Summons
* Justin R. Amelunke, 18, of 3065 County Road 383, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 2000 block of East Main Street.
* A theft was reported in the 1500 block of Woodland East.
* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported on Oak Street.
* A burglary was reported in the 700 block of Amanda Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Bunker Drive.
* Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
