* Omar T. Johnson, 26, of 415 McKenna Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
Arrests
* Kevin J. Jansen, 50, of 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Lot A, was arrested on suspicion of property damage and resisting arrest.
* Justin E. King, 22, of 168 Arikara Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for a leash law violation.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of hindering prosecution.
* A subject was in custody pending filling of formal charges on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Lisa M. Barham, 27, of 626 Sycamore Circle, Apt. C, was arrested on Stoddard County warrants for an insufficient funds check and for probation violation.
* Samuel L. Loper, 29, of 1639 Cedar St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
* Travis S. Scales, 24, of 227 S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Octavius O. Moore, 23, of 414 S. Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Nathaniel C. Smith, 19, of Scott City received a summons for prohibited acts, loud stereo.
* Zachary M. Vernon, 22, of Festus, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts, loud stereo.

Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2863 Whitener St. A CD player, receiver, speakers and amplifiers were reported stolen.
* A vehicle was damaged and a CD player was reported stolen at 2859 Whitener St.
Miscellaneous
* A forgery was reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* Tampering with a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and stealing were reported.
* A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* William B. Wilkins, 17, of Old Appleton was arrested on a Perry County warrant for property damage.
* Zachary J. Buchheit, 18, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Perry County warrant for property damage.
