DWIs

* Randall Joseph Hays, 21, of 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive, was issued summonses upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and trespassing.

* Kristen Lashae Fulkerson, 30, of 1810 Meyer Drive, was issued a summons upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

* Rosita Williams, 38, of 1308 Martin Luther King, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.

Summonses

* Deandre Lee McClellon, 26, of 428 Pearl St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Brian Edmund Harris, 20, of 1204 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Anthony Lynn Hempstead, 17, of 1001 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* James Michael Dalton, 20, of 1025 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
