* Randall Joseph Hays, 21, of 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive, was issued summonses upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and trespassing.
* Kristen Lashae Fulkerson, 30, of 1810 Meyer Drive, was issued a summons upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
Arrest
* Rosita Williams, 38, of 1308 Martin Luther King, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.

* Travis Michael Davie, 22, of 1226 S. Ellis St., was issued summonses for assault and property damage.
* Jose Abel Ramirez, 27, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.
* Ronal Orellana, 28, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.

* A telephone was reported found at the 200 block of Mason St.
* A Missouri driver's license was reported found at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Tampering was reported at 615 Sycamore St.
