Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrest do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Randall Joseph Hays, 21, of 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive, was issued summonses upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and trespassing.

* Kristen Lashae Fulkerson, 30, of 1810 Meyer Drive, was issued a summons upon suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

* Rosita Williams, 38, of 1308 Martin Luther King, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.

Summonses

* Deandre Lee McClellon, 26, of 428 Pearl St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Brian Edmund Harris, 20, of 1204 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Anthony Lynn Hempstead, 17, of 1001 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* James Michael Dalton, 20, of 1025 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Rezwan Ali, 23, of 1130 Oak Ridge Court, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Gary Gene Lane, 26, of 4289 County Road 525, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Travis Michael Davie, 22, of 1226 S. Ellis St., was issued summonses for assault and property damage.

* Jose Abel Ramirez, 27, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.

* Ronal Orellana, 28, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.

* Miguel Molina Martinez, 20, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.

* Roberto Belton Romero, 29, address not given, was issued summonses for not having an operator's license or insurance.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at West End Boulevard and Independence Street.

* A domestic assault was reported at the 900 block of Hackberry Street.

Thefts

* Two dogs were reported stolen at 231 Mill St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

* Stealing was reported at 1109 Merriwether St. and 1401 N. Kingshighway.

* A girl's bicycle was reported stolen at 144 West End Blvd.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 333 N. Pacific St.

* Property was reported damaged at 2820 Themis St.

* A window frame was reported broken at 533 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A telephone was reported found at the 200 block of Mason St.

* A Missouri driver's license was reported found at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Tampering was reported at 615 Sycamore St.
