The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Melissa D. Caldwell, 34, 407 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance and no vehicle license.

Arrests

* Terry G. Umfleet, 48, 1620 William St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

* Larry D. Woods, 30, 405 Scott St., Scott City, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* Melissa H. Davis, 32, 818 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Jamie L. White, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of filing a false report.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending the filing of charges for assault and property damage.

* Steven Majeed, 37, 40 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Bradley J. Rosenthal, 40, 504 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Melisia A. Jones, 24, 1210 Forrest Lane, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

Burglary

* Mid-Western Construction, 2132 Perryville Road, reported a burglary.

Thefts

* An air-conditioning unit was reported stolen and eight windows, a door, wall and light fixtures were reported damaged at 416 N. Frederick St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1926 Westwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence was reported.

* Harassment was reported.
