• Holt Adam Foster, 20, 1214 Maple St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

• Angela Wilkerson, 24, 1205 Brandom St., was arrested on a Butler County, Mo., warrant.
• Aurelio M. Slazar, 1205 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and resisting arrest with violence.

• Samantha F. Umphlett, 22, 320 E. Adams St., received a summons for failure to produce valid insurance.
• Gilverto C. Hernandex, 43, 644 Boxwood Drive, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
