Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael Lee Willingham, 18, 3522 Old Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.

Assault

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Property damage

* AAA Motors, 1318 N. Kingshighway, reported a window and motion light damaged.

Thefts

* Sunglasses, a camera phone and a microphone earjack were reported stolen at 3022 N. Church St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1310 Lexington Ave.

* Identity theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Failure to return a dryer, washer and dining room furniture was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.

* Failure to return a television was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.
