DWI

Arrests

<li> Kittrel E. Braselman, 42, 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failing to appear on a seat belt violation.

<li> Randy J. Smith, 39, 321 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

<li> Angela D. Richards, 18, 507 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested for property damage.

<li> Tony R. Johnson, 19, of Sikeston, was arrested on a municipal warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of noise disturbance.

<li> Anthony G. Southall, 25, of Marble Hill, was arrested on a municipal warrant for failing to appear for traffic charges.

<li> Maurice E. Stauffer, 84, of Bertrand, was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.

<li> Darlene M. Curry, 38, 542 S. Pacific St., was arrested for refusing to identify a witness and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

Summonses

<li> Sarah M. Rector, 30, 321 Albert St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

<li> Andre D. Henderson, 27, 616 Emerald St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts (loud music).

<li> John N. Stokes, 49, 2522 Ranchito Drive, was issued a summons for failing to obtain a city animal license and failing to maintain control of a dog.

Assault

<li> An assault was reported.

Thefts

<li> Amerimart No. 5, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen.

<li> Auffenberg, 611 S. Kingshighway, reported vehicle seats stolen.

<li> Clothing was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.

<li> Money was reported stolen at 418 Sheridan Drive.

<li> Checks were reported stolen at 605 S. Middle St.

Property damage

<li> A vehicle was scratched at 235 N. Lorimier No. 1.

Forgeries

<li> The Comix Strip, 621 Broadway, reported a forgery.

<li> Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a forged check.

<li> A 14-year-old girl was reported as a runaway and was later found.

<li> Freddy O. Coleman, 42, of Fruitland, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

<li> Billy Kelly, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

<li> Zachary C. Crothers, 21, of Cardington, Ohio, was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and assaulting a law-enforcement officer.

Summons

<li> Debra J. Friese, 43, 868 Jessice St., Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to stop at a stop sign.

Thefts

<li> Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

<li> A street sign was reported stolen on West Lane.

<li> A report of theft was made in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Fraud

<li> A report of fraud was made in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
