Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Paul Simpson, 22, of 2427 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on suspicion of failure to produce operator's license upon request.
* Kittrel E. Braselman, 43, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
* Keith L. Baines, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing.
* Christopher L. Slaughter, 21, of 710 N. Mouth Auburn Road, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Jamaal T. Southall, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for driving while intoxicated, suspended operator's license and interfering with an arrest.
Assaults
* An assault was reported at 1024 William St. Armond D. Taylor, 26, of 212 S. Lorimier St., and Gregory L. Nicholson, 25, of 324 S. Hanover St., were arrested in connection with the complaint.
* An assault of a law enforcement officer, tampering, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, failure to stop at a stop sign, leaving the scene, operating a vehicle without a license and no seat belt were reported at 1121 Bloomfield St. Alexander S. Harris, 17, of 1204 Bloomfield St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Domestic assault, burglary and sexual misconduct were reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.
* An assault was reported at 43 N. Henderson Ave. Jamaal T. Southall, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.
* Baseball gloves, bats, sunglasses, shoes and clothing were reported stolen from 820 N. Sprigg St.
* A BMX bicycle was reported stolen at 540 S. Middle St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 312 W. Lorimier Place.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2830 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
* An animal bite was reported.
* A missing 15-year-old boy was reported.
* A missing 14-year-old girl was reported.
* A missing 20-year-old man was reported.
* Stalking was reported.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Randy Road.
* Fraud was reported in the 1700 block of East Main Street.

DWI
* Clifton S. Illers, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Lyle D. Sneed, 33, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.
* Donovan R. Munn, 38, of Whitewater, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Denise M. Dunn, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for forgery.
* Samuel I. King, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
