* Randy W. Peters, 54, of 533 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Brian S. Siebert of Dexter was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

Summonses

* Thomas J. Nixon, 32, of 823 Broadway, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

* Sonya R. Daugherty, 19, of St. Louis, received a summons for stealing.

* Jeffery J. Taylor, 31, of 2813 Whitener St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Assault

* An assault and trespassing were reported.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A purse was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* A black 2005 Honda Civic was reported stolen at 161 West Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported and food and drinks stolen at 1157 S. West End Blvd. Two 15-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.

* A burglary was reported and a computer, Playstation and games stolen at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

Property damage

* Property damage and a stolen purse were reported at 2075 Corporate Circle.

* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 1900 block of Belleridge Pike.

Miscellaneous

* Zero tolerance was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.
