Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jared Nathan Cisco, 28, 121 E. Rodney St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for insufficient funds.

* Hope M. Hamil, 33, 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Dana M. Bookwalter, 30, 3020 Boutin Drive, Apt. 48, was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Laura J. Poelker, 18, 1730 Dyer Ave., St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Curtis J. Kneezle, 21, 800 County Road 505, Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* John B. Petrie, 24, 228 Cliftview Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Robert J. Beltran, 42, 1543 N. Spanish St., was issued summonses on suspicion of operating a business without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Gwin G. Beltran, 61, 1543 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for a nuisance vehicle.

* Ryan Anthony Balsano, no age given, 2322 Earleen St., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Melissa Marie Rehling, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Dannie J. Wilson, no age given, of Edgar Springs, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Dustin S. Stokes, no age given, 1425 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Diane L. Wood, 45, 803 Perry Ave., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

Assault

* Domestic violence was reported.

Thefts

* An MP3 player and camera were reported stolen at 415 S. Sheridan Drive.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 615 N. Henderson Ave.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2031 Cape LaCroix Road.

Miscellaneous

* A cell phone was found at 294 Christine St.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Three instances of check forgery were reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* A suspicious fire was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* A prowler was reported in the 1600 block of North Farmington Road.

* William T. Minner, 26, of High Ridge, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing and property damage.

* Moses R. Cantrell, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael A. Elam, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* John P. Petrie, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.

* Heather R. Stafford, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Frank P. Carter, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
