Arrests

* Jared Nathan Cisco, 28, 121 E. Rodney St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for insufficient funds.

* Hope M. Hamil, 33, 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Dana M. Bookwalter, 30, 3020 Boutin Drive, Apt. 48, was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Laura J. Poelker, 18, 1730 Dyer Ave., St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Curtis J. Kneezle, 21, 800 County Road 505, Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* John B. Petrie, 24, 228 Cliftview Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Robert J. Beltran, 42, 1543 N. Spanish St., was issued summonses on suspicion of operating a business without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Gwin G. Beltran, 61, 1543 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for a nuisance vehicle.

* Ryan Anthony Balsano, no age given, 2322 Earleen St., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Melissa Marie Rehling, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
