Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A man is in custody pending formal charges for an assault on emergency medical service personnel.
• A woman is in custody pending formal charges for theft of over $500.
• Terry A. Joyce, 39, 6405 Rudy Woods, West Paducah, Ky., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on improper registration.
• Dustin A. Heck, 23, 351 S. Main St., Perryville, Mo., was arrested on four warrants for contempt of court for traffic violations.

Summonses

• Jesse M. Johnson, 47, Scottsdale, Ariz., received a summons for soliciting.
• Bobby J. Garrett, 58, of Olive Branch, Ill., received a summons for property damage.

Theft

• Two bicycles were reported stolen from 650 N. Middle St.

Assaults

• A domestic assault was reported.
• An assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Protective custody was reported.
• A wallet was reported lost.
• A suspicious fire was reported at 517 S. Benton St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department reported the following incident.

• A check the welfare in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
