  • Jerome D. Kluesner, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

Arrests

  • David K. Huckstep of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Jeremy A. Taylor, 33, 2842 Whitener St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for aggravated assault.

Summonses

  • Joel K. Lay, 24, of Miami received a summons for resisting arrest and protective custody.
  • Trafton C. Clark of Scott City received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported at 451 N. Frederick St.
  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • An assault on a law enforcement officer was reported at 1701 Lacey St. A subject was in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.

Burglaries

  • A burglary was reported at 432 E. Cape Rock Drive. Prescription medication was reported stolen.
  • A burglary was reported at 418 Themis St., Apt. 1. A wallet was reported stolen.
  • A burglary was reported at 2405 Glenview Drive.
