DWIs
* Justin T. Bell, 23, of 530 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop light.
* Travis D. Nelson, 21, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests
* Lamar D. Morgan, 22, of Marshton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device at Stereo One, 345 S. Kingshighway.
* Two suspects were in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon at 3415 William St.
* Lynette M. Bowman, 22, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear in court for stealing.
* Pervis J. Boyd, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.
* Serenity J. Hill, 17, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges for first-degree domestic assault and property damage.
Property damage
* A car window and spoiler were reported damaged in the 1800 block of Independence Street.
* Property damage was reported at 1126 S. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
* A 15-year-old boy was reported as a runaway at the 3100 block of Laurel Lane.
* Statutory rape was reported.
* Tampering was reported at 618 Boxwood Drive.
