Police reports 4/17/04

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Adam W. Gaspard, 34, of Chaffee was arrested April 9 on a warrant from Cape Girardeau County for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance and DWI.

Carla L. Westbrook, 33, Unity, Ill. was arrested April 9 on suspicion of DWI, driving under revocation, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy M. Morris III, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested April 10 on a warrant from Cape Girardeau County for probation violation, leaving the scene of an accident, DWI and driving under revocation.

Mark D. Carnell, 45, Cape Girardeau was arrested April 12 on a county warrant for domestic assault.

Charles M. Garcia, 33, of Jackson, was arrested on a county warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Edward G. Williams, 41, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested April 15 on suspicion of driving under revocation.
