The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Mac Shane Sadler, 19, 317 S. Ellis St. was arrested on a Platte County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.

* Barbara Rae Reese, 38, 2419 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

* James Michael Dalton, 20, 2015 Good Hope St., Kendrick DeShawn Kimble, 22, 11 S. Hanover St., and Marquis Cartez Kimble, 24, 520 E. 14th St., Caruthersville, Mo., were all arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summons

* Timothy William Westray, 29, 243 N. Fountain St., Apt. A, was issued a summons on suspicion of illegal dumping.

Theft

* Money was reported stolen at 99 S. Park St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse and its contents taken at 3000 Gordonville Road.

* A silver scooter was reported found at 305 Albert St.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Harold J. Hutchings, 55, 135 S. Shawnee St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving on a revoked license and failure to drive in a single lane.

Summons

* Dustin A. Hengst, 17, 4355 County Road 635, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

Theft

* Thefts were reported in the 2500 block of Old Toll Road, 400 block of West Main Street, 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard, 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard, and the 3400 block of Matthew Street.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3500 block of Nicole Street.
