* Janet L. Hostalek, 39, of 408 N. Georgia St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain in a single lane.
Arrests
* Gregory A. Mason, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for probation violation.
* Edward J. Boaz, 24, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Alan K. Miller, 32, of 337 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to return rental property.
* Robert D. William, 49, of 140 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson City warrant for parole absconder for dangerous drugs.
* Kittrell E. Braselman, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for non-support.
* Melissa H. Davis, 33, of 701 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay sewer bill.
* Robert D. Williams, 49, of 140 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.
* Eric D. Lockett, 19, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
* Kevin A. Wayman, 19, of Webster Groves, Mo., and Cody L. Leathers, 19, of Cuba, Mo., received summonses for misrepresentation of age.
* Ralph J. Amelong III, 18, of St. Louis, received a summons for indecent exposure.
Assaults
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* An assault was reported at 820 N. Sprigg St. Jennifer L. Brooks, 23, of 3007 Wisteria Drive was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* An assault was reported at 205 Caruthers Ave. A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at Westfield West Park. Renee J. Kaiser, 18, of 630 Bunker Drive, Jackson, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Cash was reported stolen from 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A Playstation controller and batteries were reported stolen from 3038 Westfield Drive.
* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive., reported the theft of gasoline.
Burglary
* A computer monitor, tower, keyboard and printer were reported stolen in a burglary at 428 Themis St.
Property damage
* A 1994 Oldsmobile Delta 88 was reported damaged at 429 S. Hanover St.
* A Plexiglass window was reported damaged at 1847 Big Bend Road.
* A window was reported broken at 1028 N. Sprigg St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 103 S. Park Ave.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at Louisiana Avenue and William Street.
Miscellaneous
* Sexual abuse was reported.
* Two people were in custody for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were reported.
* Five incidents of fraud were reported.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported two incidents of failure to return rental property.

* Anthony C. Borgfield, 28, of 197 Linden Drive received a summons for failure to maintain proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

* Darrell R. Mangrum, 40, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Camilla K. Myles, 31, of Wardell, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for passing bad checks.
* George A. Henry, 18, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault, armed criminal action and robbery.
* Robert G. Haertling, 51, of Singer, La., was arrested for driving while suspended.
* Garrett K. Williams, 18, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and driving while revoked.
* Tammara L. Nix, 41, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
* Joshua J. Witcher, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
