Cape Girardeau

DWIs

* Erin M. Kurt, 20, of 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Samuel A. Below, 27, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Herman J. Gardner, 26, of 522 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance.

* Timothy L. Cox, 21, of Benton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, possession of marijuana, protective custody and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Leora A. Watson, 39, of 708 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a Dumpster.

* Stephen D. Anderson, 24, of 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.

* Mitchell S. Givens Sr., 30, of 3020 Boutin Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Charles L. Harless, 30, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Dustin T. Smith, 18, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor and for failure to appear for probation violation.

* Dale A. Baker, 47, of 1227 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Assaults

* An assault and property damage were reported at Benton and Elm streets. Danny L. Bierschwal, 35, of 559 Timon Way, was arrested in connection to the complaint.

Thefts

* Rhodes Convenience Stores Inc., 2109 William St., reported the theft of cigarettes.

* Chrome rims and tires were reported stolen at 626 S. Benton St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A .45-caliber Hipointe pistol was reported stolen on Themis Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 921 Hackberry St.

* A burglary was reported at 517 S. Middle St.

Property Damage

* Two rear tires were reported damaged at 607 Locust St.

Miscellaneous

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the failure to return rental property of a two computers, television and furniture.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance.

* Rent-a-Center, 2136 William St., reported the failure to return rental property.

Jackson

* Shawn C. Adams, 33, of 407 East Lane, was arrested on a Jackson city warrant for failure to appear.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* A robbery was reported in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Christopher A. Welter, 26, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ruth A. Kelleher, 40, of Wolf Lake, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Matthew D. Stallings, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
