The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Billy F. Elledge, 24, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Angela M. Prost, 22, 324 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Bert J. Kellerman, 64, 6 S. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Kristen M. Nicholson, 25, 900 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and driving while suspended.

* Jeremy M. Abrams, 21, 930 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Derek J. Yarbro, 21, 1554 Revlon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

* Jedidiah N. Naramore, 19, 339 S. Lorimier St., and Roger W. Poole Jr., 20, 429 S. Benton St., Apt. C, were arrested on suspicion of possession of fireworks, discharge of fireworks from vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Michael A. Bartels, 37, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive in a single lane.

* Kerri J. Crowder, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 48-year-old man was in custody pending filing of state charges for domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and probation violation.

Summonses

* Nicole Budde, 24, of Waterloo, Ill., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at D'Laydium, 1127 Broadway.

* Robert M. Carr, 21, 300 Mill St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at the Pour House, 113 Broadway.

* Marcellus Jones, 37, 1019 Village Drive, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at Buckner Brewing Co., 132 N. Main St.

* Molly E. Wickenhauser, 22, of Godfrey, Ill., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at Broussard's, 120 N. Main St.

* Mark J. Weber, 33, 310 Navaho, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at Rude Dog Pub, 123 N. Main St.

* Amy L. Hess, 34, of Jackson, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at Breakaways, 15 N. Main St.

* Douglas L. Sanders, 44, of Jackson, was issued a summons for public consumption of alcohol.

* Amy K. Dornself, 22, of Festus, Mo., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor at Nick's Sports Pub, 1 N. Main St.

* Trenton D. Estes, 22, of Scott City was issued a summons for indecent exposure by urinating in public.

Thefts

* Brown fiberglass cello bows were reported stolen at Central High School, 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A trailer was reported stolen at Cape Auto Plex, 1000 Kingshighway.

* A tire pressure gauge and cassette tapes were reported stolen at 1716 Whitener St.

* Twelve gallons of gasoline were reported stolen at Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported dented at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

* Failure to return rental property was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* A bicycle was found at Ellis and Independence streets.

* Failure to maintain property was reported.
