The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Austin Grady Lents, 17, 100 Stone Haven Drive, Jackson, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of resisting a lawful stop, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.
* David Allen Kieltsch, 37, 844 Rodney Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, driving an unlicensed vehicle and no insurance.
* Anthony Ray Bell, 21, 337 N. Ellis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of marijuana.
* Christopher Lee Slaughter, 20, 710 Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for driving while intoxicated.
* Lattie Andrew Clark, 46, 629 Boxwood Drive, Apt. A., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for larceny and parole violation, a Scott County warrant for driving while intoxicated, and on city warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, seat belt violation, no proof of insurance, twice for a revoked driver's license, and improper registration.
* Ashley Dawn Jones, 20, 3821 County Road 607, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Jeffrey Martin Siemers, 31, 560 County Road 209, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
* Wanda Jackson, 38, 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Summons
* Tate Ryan Gerard, 21, 1437 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
Property damage
* Headstones were reported damaged at New Lorimier Cemetery, 835 Caruthers Ave.
Theft
* Money was reported stolen from 227 Rear S. Spanish St.
* A wallet and cash were reported stolen from 48 Doctors Park.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* A spare tire was reported stolen from VIP Industries, 1310 Southern Expressway.
* Theft was reported at 331 Sheridan Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A blue 1994 Mercury Cougar was reported towed from 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.
