Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and no seat belt.
* Michael B. McArthur, 36, 1436 Rose St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and obstructing traffic.
* Penelope L. Newton, 36, of 1824 Lacey St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, no seat belt and operating an unlicensed vehicle.
* Shawn T. Mitchell, 24, 111 N. Nelson St., Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Arrests
* Stephen D. Anderson, 23, 505 Wilson St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and resisting arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of trespassing.
* Willie J. Pollard, 46, 802 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
* Rhonda S. Quintana, 35, 326 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County and Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Roy L. Jones, 28, 1505 Stoddard, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Two subjects were in custody pending charges of theft at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Adriane J. Barsh, 20, 244 Camellia Drive, was arrested on suspicion of theft at J.C. Penny, 3049 William St.
* Steven A. Majeed, 37, 1916 Greenbriar Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for supplying alcohol to a minor.
Summonses
* Lawrence K. Roos III, 20, 377 Pebble Valley Drive, St. Louis, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Emily C. Binger, 20, 630 Meadow Lake Drive, Freeburg, Ill., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol and misrepresentation of age.
* Stephen J. Toomey, 21, and Scott E. Smith, 20, both of 735 Watkins Drive, were issued summonses for a disorderly house.
* Kenneth D. Cornwell, 19, 621 Terry Lane, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
Assaults
* Assault and property damage were reported at Capaha Park.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1100 Perry Ave.
* A campaign sign was reported stolen at 777 Watkins Drive.
* Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
Property damage
* Windshields on two vehicles were reported broken out at Big M Motors, 889 N. Kingshighway.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 3625 William St.
Miscellaneous
* Interference with child custody was reported.
