* Brandon Ray Hamilton, 20, 2450 Fairview Place, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Patrick Michael McComas, no age given, 220 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Cecil Maurice Jenkins, 35, 329 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Chasity Nicole Hood, 25, 709 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
* Carlton Preston Hulvey, 36, Route 2, Box 2174, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Kevin Todd Fornkohl, 24, 1210 Forrest Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
* James Alex Criddle, 18, 2820 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance (crack), and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
* Deandre Montez Turner, 19, and Christopher John Turner, both of 735 William St., Apt. 6, were arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute (marijuana) and trafficking in crack cocaine.
* Tywonne Terrell Turner, 30, 3661 Converse, Alorton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of trafficking possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute (marijuana).
* Jesse James Hager, 24, 100 Washington St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and on a Scott county warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds checks.
* Quinn Isaac Uzoaru, 18, 2500 Allendale, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Kelly Garrett Manley, 17, 1547 West Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft
* Money was reported stolen from 224 S. Forrester Drive.
* A white 1998 Oldsmobile was reported stolen from 816 S. Benton St.
* Money and a check were reported stolen from 1905 Bloomfield Road.
* A 19-inch television, VCR and DVD player were reported stolen from Davault Marketing Insurance Co., 824 Independence St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar St.
Property Damage
* Tires were reported damaged at 1013 Elm St.
* Tombstones and headstones were reported damaged at Fairmount Cemetery, 835 Caruthers St.
Miscellaneous
* A white 1987 Chevrolet Caprice, was reported abandoned at 611 Sycamore St.

Theft
* Clothing was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Hope Street.
