The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Joseph D. Gray, 23, 319 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
* Zadrin D. Nunley, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection, ex parte violation and second-degree domestic assault.
* Tynell J. Shaw, 30, 1017 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to return to confinement.
* Glennton Gamaliel, 21, 11 Beverly Place, St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for noise disturbance, failure to appear for consumption on a public street and failure to appear for suspended operators license.
* Sheila Elaine Bass, 31, 2102 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Tony L. Frymire, 44, 127 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for third-degree assault and property damage.
* Cletis J. Davis, 61, was arrested on suspicion of stealing medication from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
Summonses
* Robert J. Teater, 2536 Route D, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with no registration, displaying the plates of another person, driving with a revoked license, not maintaining financial responsibility and failure to obey a traffic control device.
Assault
* Sexual assault was reported.
Thefts
* Payments were reported stolen from Charter Communications, 1620 N. Kingshighway.
* Kevin T. Fornkohl, 24, 1210 Forest Lane and Willie J. Sutherland, 20, 448 County Road 553, Jackson, were arrested on suspicion of stealing and first-degree trespassing at My Daddy's Cheesecake, 2031 Cape LaCroix Road.
* Jeffrey M. Bridgeman, 21, 416 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Miscellaneous tools were reported stolen and a door damaged at 2814 Larkspur.
* Robbery was reported at 1101 William St.
* Cash was reported stolen from D-Mart, 3276 William St.
* A cellular phone was reported stolen at 3419 William St.
* A cellular phone, clothing and cash were reported stolen and letter stenciling scraped off doors at 719 William St.
* A cellular phone, debit card and cash were reported stolen at 2911 Bloomfield Road.
* Medication was reported stolen from Simply A Dollar, 213 S. Broadview St.
* Money was reported stolen from 45 S. West End Blvd.
Property Damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 775 S. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at 1469 N. Kingshighway.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1101 S. Sprigg St.
* Windows were reported broken and doors damaged at 320 Good Hope St.
Miscellaneous
* Littering was reported.
* A runaway juvenile was recovered and cited into juvenile court.
* A missing adult was reported and later found.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while suspended and failure to use a turn signal.
* A request for service was reported.
* A counterfeit $50 bill was reported at Discount Smoke Shop.
Jackson

DWI
* Larry Beussink, 45, 1630 Cedar Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Arrests
* A 16-year-old female was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of third-degree assault.
Summonses
* Benjamin B. Turner, 25, 3120 County Road 439, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of improper parking.
* Kara D. Freeman, 22, 609 Jackson Trail, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 1700 block of Old Toll Road.
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* A prowler was reported in the 3500 block of Nicole Street.
* Identity theft was reported in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.
* Property was found in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
