The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kinsey Maurice Johnson, 30, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

* Ryan Glen Pascoe, 23, 816 Illinois St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Scott Thomas Linck, 22, 805 N. Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Linda Gail Renicke, 45, 4879 Highway 72, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Joseph Anthony Renicke, 40, 4897 Highway 72, Jackson, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Demetria Laquisha Rogers, 19, 934 Floyd St., Kennett, Mo. was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance and fleeing lawful detention.

Summonses

* Kyle Patrick Ebert, 23, and Scott Thomas Linck, 22, both of 805 N. Henderson Ave., were issued summonses for having a disorderly house.

Theft

* Cash and compact discs were reported stolen from 2323 Belleridge Pike.

* Theft was reported at 2110 Kenneth St.

* Keys were reported stolen from 1752 Belleridge Pike.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen from 2317 Earleen Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

* Money was reported stolen from 729 Themis St.

Property Damage

* A barber pole was reported damaged at Varsity Barber Shop, 1125 Broadway

* A car door, mirror and roof were reported damaged at 511 Themis St.

* "No Trespassing" signs were reported damaged at 1112 Bloomfield Road.

Miscellaneous

* Books, folders, a checkbook and stereo wires were reported found at 1000 N. Sprigg St.

* A checkbook, wallet, headphones, locks, keys and a backpack were found at 1000 N. Sprigg St.

* BP D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported receiving bad checks.

* Failure to return a vehicle was reported at 1264 Linden St.
