DWI
Jared E. Zappia, 20, 6 Bogey Lane, Highland, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
Arrests
Howard Allen, 60, 1109 Route C, Bragg City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property.
Terry Eugene Moore, 21, County Road 601, Jackson, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for no driver's license.
Tyeshia Renee Beans, 19, 62 Dwiggens Road, Elsberry, Mo., and Brittany M. Eiserer, 19, 210 Johnson Circle, Carrollton, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of violating park curfew.
Shirley A. Brogan, 58, 1010 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
Byron J. Carter, 26, 227 Rear S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree drug trafficking (cocaine).
Donald L. Mier, 32, 3125 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for traffic violations.
Theft
A flip phone and miscellaneous CDs were reported stolen from 329 N. Fountain St.
Gasoline was reported stolen at BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.
A silver flip phone was reported stolen from 127 Water St.
A dog was reported stolen from 1114 Jefferson St.
Property damage
A tire was reported cut and a vehicle door damaged at 1430 Independence St.
Burglary
A burglary was reported at 614 Woodbine Place.
Forgery
A check was reported forged at Bank of America, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Weapons
A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. An adult is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for the same offense.
Miscellaneous
A white 1986 Chevrolet van, Indiana license 787840A, was reported towed from Cape Rock and Oak Hills drives.
A wallet and its contents were reported found at 3415 William St.
A black five-speed bicycle was reported found at Cousin and Henderson streets.
A white 2000 Pontiac Sunfire was reported abandoned at 1124 Ranney St.
A bicycle was reported found at 919 Walnut St.
A wallet and its contents were reported lost at 3439 William St.
