  • Jackie E. Arington, 33, of 2816 Themis St., No. E., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Aundra D. Wren, 21, of 2824 Themis St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of fleeing an unlawful detention.
  • Rodney D. Smith, 18, of 955 Fort St., was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license and fleeing an unlawful detention.
  • Matthew S. Schweiss, 23, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • James A. Johnston, 36, of 1104 W. Mount Drive, No. 105, was arrested on suspicion of identity theft.
