Cape Girardeau

Arrests

• Zechariah L. James, 28, of 1424 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for prohibited acts/noise disturbance.
• Nicole M. Greable, 30, of 172 Star Drive, No. 103, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Jackie E. Arington, 33, of 2816 Themis St., No. E., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Aundra D. Wren, 21, of 2824 Themis St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of fleeing an unlawful detention.
• Rodney D. Smith, 18, of 955 Fort St., was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license and fleeing an unlawful detention.
• Matthew S. Schweiss, 23, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• James A. Johnston, 36, of 1104 W. Mount Drive, No. 105, was arrested on suspicion of identity theft.

DWI

• Jessica A. Shaw, 33, of 2816 Themis St., No. E, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Summonses

• Kathy L. Hannah, of 1408 Lexington Ave., Apt. 4, received a summons for failing to stop for a steady red light.
• Eric S. Brown, 35, of 1958 Longview Drive, received a summons for failing to obtain/renew a city business license.
• Richard E. Fulton of Crestwood, Mo., received a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Thefts

• Check Please Loans, 78 S. Plaza Way, reported a forgery.
• Cash Depot, 2148A William St., reported a forgery.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

• Orschlen's, 338 Christine St., reported a glass window broken.
• A truck windshield was reported damaged at 2854 Hopper Road.
• A car windshield was reported damaged at 2225 Earleen Drive.
• Storm windows and a screen were reported damaged at 732 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

• A missing juvenile was reported.
• Protective custody was reported.

• Susan K. Lane, 48, of 329 Oak Forest Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.
• Eric R. Jansen, 29, of 337 Sapphire Lane, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.
• Dustin P. McDowell, 23, of Cape Girardeau, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
